Term III has already started

One of the major routine activities that have resumed include the every Thursday evening aerobics what many know as “Duyilo".

This exercise is one of a kind that everyone in this world should be doing for its numerous functions of which include helping to cope up with stress, promoting a health growth and development, enhancing body posture and balance, building stronger bones, muscles, joints among others.

With all these relevancies found it so useful to assign a 2 hours session of Physical exercise to both children and all staff.

Besides the healthy bit relevance of the exercise, it is also a learning exercise where both teachers and children freely interact with both children and fellow staff and hence learning skills of socialization. On the other side, both teachers and children learn new skills while having fun and finally it is one exercise that teaches focus and concentration because to effectively do what the rest are doing, concentration and focus are two relevant skills that are needed.
